Product Return Policy
Being that we sell perishable goods there are no returns or exchanges. In the remote case there is a problem with the product at the time of receiving via the shipper email [email protected]. We will provide you with an RMA number and a pre-paid Fedex label to ship the item back for our review. If the item is found to be defective a replacement will be sent at BHD's expense.
For each visitor to our site, our server automatically gathers no personal information such as email, phone number, etc. etc. We collect order related info at the time of purchase, if you communicate with us via e-mail or if you voluntarily give us personal info through a form or email contact as part of a promotion, newsletter sign-up, surveys, etc.
The information we collect is used to create a better site, user experience and more effective advertising campaigns (both direct to consumer marketing via email or other forms of contact and general radio, tv, web based ad buys). If you receive an email correspondence from us and do not wish to be included in future mailings use either the online unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or email us from the address you wish to remove from our database at [email protected].
You understand and agree that the owners, coders and designers of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
